  • Processing invoices for weekly payment*
  • Assisting with deposits*
  • Working with the revenue team to ensure revenue is accurately entered in QuickBooks*
  • Assisting with reconsideration and review tasks*
  • Allocating payroll and health benefits
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable*
  • Knowledge of healthcare accounting or related experience (very helpful)*
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and EMR systems, especially Athena*
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
