Job Description
A large supply company is seeking a Bookkeeper to part-time between 25 to 30 hours each week. There is the possibility of this turning into a full-time position in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check Inbox for Invoices and enter into Sage
- Match bank re4ceipts with our copy of the deposit slip
- Enter weekly payroll information into Sage, process taxes paid, state, local and insurance deductions
- Update Check Issued List when checks are printed and maintain ACH deposits
- Schedule ACH Payments and issue checks for vendor invoices
- Reconcile accounts and check bank statements
- Pay vendor invoices and prepare monthly financial statements
- Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
- Process payments on web orders, send out invoices to customers, and file packing slips
- Pay estimated quarterly taxes
- Construct and file Bureau of Worker's Compensation report
- Perform other duties as assigned
