This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a growing organization while expanding their accounting knowledge.Why join us?Opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional teamGain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accountingStable, full-time role with long-term career potentialJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Prepare and reconcile bank accountsRecord general ledger entries with accuracyProcess daily deposits and apply customer payments in a timely mannerMaintain monthly sales and use tax reporting recordsManage lease schedules and fixed asset accountingAssist with customer billing and overhead cost allocationsPerform monthly reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and process correctionsSupport internal financial reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, annual)Assist with audits and compliance documentationCollaborate with team members and provide backup support for key accounting functionsEnsure adherence to GAAP and internal controlsSkills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or actively pursuing) OR relevant bookkeeping/accounting experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to analyze financial data and resolve inconsistenciesInterested in hearing more?
