Now Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper (Multi-Entity | Real Estate | Corporate & Personal)
Are you a powerhouse Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle complex books with precision and speed? We're looking for a sharp, efficient professional to manage both personal and corporate books across multiple entities - including real estate holdings and various business operations.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple businesses and personal accounts
- Manage financials in QuickBooks and NetSuite with accuracy and speed
- Pull and prepare monthly financial reports, including P&Ls, income statements, and balance sheets
- Generate Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and reports for real estate entities
- Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and ensure clean financials at all times
- Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and spend analysis
- Stay ahead of reporting deadlines and ensure records are audit-ready
- Utilize financial software to manage data effectively and streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key leaders to gather necessary data for analysis and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and economic factors affecting the real estate market.

You're a Fit If You:
- Have 5-10 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (multi-entity or real estate experience is a major plus)
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, and general accounting practices
- Extensive IRS/tax knowledge
- Are extremely organized, accurate, and can multitask like a boss
- (Optional) Hold a CPA license
- Thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Real estate finance experience (CAM analysis, multi-property reporting)
- Familiarity with personal finance management or working with high-net-worth individuals
- High-level tax understanding or experience working closely with tax professionals
