Job Description
Personnel Resources has an opening for an experienced Bookkeeper in Enterprise. This position will assist a CPA with client operations. Work hours will vary based on season and are as follows:
January-April:Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
May-December:Monday-Thursday 8:30-3pm and Friday 8:30am-12pm
Pay rate for this position is $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients
- Prepare monthly tax deposits
- Quarterly tax returns for multiple clients
- Full charge bookkeeping to include data entry of charts, completing bank and credit card reconciliations and payroll adjustments for multiple clients
Requirements:
- Prior payroll experience- ADP experience is a plus
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role
- Previous knowledge of preparing sales tax is required
- Must be flexible to work the above schedule
