Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing team. This is an urgent hire for a detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Prepare and maintain financial statements

Maintain general ledger and journal entries

Process invoices and maintain vendor files

Provide payroll support as needed

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience required

Strong experience with AP/AR and account reconciliation

Knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting

Experience with Ent invoicing and vendor management

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
