Job Description
Do you want to make money hosting parties, getting people together, and creating new and long-lasting relationships? If so, you have come to the right place. We are looking for Party Planners for Alvies Boot Parties. The role is responsible for connecting people together to attend in-person boot-buying experiences in a fun and safe environment (your house, a friend’s house, a business, etc). We are looking for the perfect person that loves people, has a natural ability to sell, and has a passion for creating and hosting parties.
What you'll do:
- Connect our Boot Party Fitting team with people who want to try on boots - We roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best boot-buying experience in the industry
- Plan, build, and maintain Boot Parties to ensure attendance
- Build a client list and develop those relationships
- Social media marketing for Alvies in your market
- Form local partnerships - get people to host the party for you
- Manage bookings
- Help organize weekly schedules with multiple Boot Parties

- Above and beyond attitude to help others - wants to help customers/employees even when it's outside your job responsibilities.

You will have the ability to make anywhere from $750 - $10,000+ a month, depending on the number of Boot Party’s booked. The more you put in, the more earning potential.
The role is 100% commission based as a 1099 employee and you will also be held to a quarterly quota.
