JOB SUMMARY:New Riff Distilling is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bottling Line Team Member to support the production team in bringing our award-winning spirits to life. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of our bottling line, helping ensure every bottle that leaves our facility meets the high standards.This is a full time position, first shift (6:00am- 2:00pm Monday - Friday) at our West Campus location. Our benefits package is comprehensive, featuring 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision (with 100% employer-paid family benefits), life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, flexible sick and personal days, 401K*. Starting pay is $18.00 an hour. Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and monitor bottling line equipment
- Hand apply various labels to bottles/cases
- Pack finished bottles into cases
- Palletize finished cases
- Perform line set up, changeovers, & shutdown
- Complete necessary paperwork, maintaining compliance with established standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Employee will be required to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
COMPENSATION: Starting hourly at $18 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Required Education
- High school degree or equivalent education
Required Experience
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Previous experience operating a forklift a plus
- Attention to detail and takes pride in work
- Ability to read and understand detailed instructions
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Works well in a team environment
