Square One Concepts is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Restaurant Manager to help lead the continued growth and success of our award-winning boutique steakhouse brand, Bourbon & Bones.

Position Summary

The Regional Operational Restaurant Manager will oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple Bourbon & Bones locations while partnering closely with General Managers and the Executive Leadership Team. This leader will be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a culture centered around hospitality and accountability.

This position requires a hospitality professional with extensive multiunit leadership experience, a strong understanding of upscale dining operations, and the ability to lead through influence, coaching, and execution.

Beyond day-to-day operations, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Bourbon & Bones by supporting new initiatives, developing future leaders, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the continued evolution of the brand

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of service standards and maintain the elevated guest experience that defines the Bourbon & Bones brand.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistency in culinary execution, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategic action plans to improve profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain accountability for key performance indicators, including sales, labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and EBITDA performance.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support company growth and long term objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of new operational programs, systems, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while building strong relationships throughout the organization.
  • Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and future growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews to ensure standards are consistently achieved.
  • Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines to support the continued growth of Bourbon & Bones and Square One Concepts.
  • Serve as a trusted partner between field operations and executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive multiunit restaurant leadership experience, preferably within an upscale, fine dining, or polished casual restaurant organization.
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing management teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing P&L statements, budgets, labor, food cost, and profitability initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements and business growth.
  • Passion for hospitality and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning and field execution.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting restaurant growth, change management, and operational innovation is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between restaurant locations.
