Ahoy Mateys! Do you have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage is looking for energetic, friendly individuals to join our crew as a Box Office Agent and help create an unforgettable guest experience from the moment our guests arrive.
Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit
Provide clear and accurate information about showtimes and ticketing
Answer guest questions in person and on the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain positive, professional relationships with guests and fellow crew members
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain friendly, upbeat, and professional at all times
