Box Office Attendant

• Handle ticket sales through in-person, phone, and online transactions using the ticketing system.
• Provide accurate information about show schedules, seating, pricing, and venue policies to patrons.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in seating assignments and ensure compliance with venue seating policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and facilitate smooth show operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the box office area.
• Ensure all tickets and materials are ready and available for upcoming shows.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to use basic tools in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Eventbrite.
