Position Title: Box Office Representative

Important Note: This position is part-time/seasonal with hours beginning in May of 2026 and working through October of 2026.

THE JOB

Work in our box office selling tickets, upgrades and any other venue upsells. Assist with will call pickup, VIP ticket programs and answer all ticket and venue related questions.  

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Greet guests attending events who come to the box office, assisting with any questions or concerns.

  • Utilize venue ticketing system to sell and distribute tickets.

  • Facilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List operations.

  • Upsell additional venue items to increase revenue.

  • Troubleshooting night of show issues (transfers, barcodes, scanning issues, account issues, etc.)

  • Provide great customer service to all of our guests to ensure a memorable experience.

  • Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirements and/or possible seat relocations.

  • Ensure compliance of company mandated policies and procedures.

  • Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales.

  • Providing knowledge of upcoming events, upgrades and special offers available.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

  • Position requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions, rain or shine, as this is an outdoor venue.

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs or standing in one place for long periods of time and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • At least 2+ years in a guest service role preferred.

  • Customer service friendly attitude.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Availability on event dates, primarily evenings and weekends.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.60 USD Hourly

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
