What You'll Do as a Boxing Fitness CoachAs a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead high-energy boxing-inspired workouts using Rumble's structured programming. You'll coach members through strength and conditioning rounds, boxing techniques, and full-body fitness training designed to challenge all fitness levels.Beyond coaching, you'll support the overall member experience by engaging with clients before and after class, assisting with membership questions, using ClubReady software to manage client interactions, and identifying opportunities to grow studio memberships. You'll also help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment while representing the Rumble brand at events and promotions.This role blends fitness coaching, customer engagement, and light sales responsibilities in a fast-paced studio environment.What We're Looking For in a Personal TrainerCPR/AED certification (required)Accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, or Rumble-approved vendor)Strong group fitness or personal training experience (2+ years or 60+ classes preferred)Excellent communication and motivational coaching skills
Ability to lead high-energy group workouts confidently
Comfortable supporting membership growth and client engagement
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for fitness, boxing-style training, and community engagement
