• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components
• Load materials and tooling and ensure proper machine calibration
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify quality standards
• Monitor production, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and maintain workflow
• Record production data and complete required documentation in Epicor
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What You Need to Bring to the Brake Press Operator Role:

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions
• Previous brake press experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
