Your daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication; selecting and installing tooling, dies, and machine settings tailored to each project; measuring and inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality; adjusting machine parameters to meet specifications; handling materials safely during loading and unloading processes; maintaining a clean and organized workspace; and following all safety protocols and production standards to ensure a safe and efficient operation.What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience operating press brake and brake press machines.*
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately.*
- Forklift experience is preferred.*
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.*
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.*
- Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude.*
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
