Responsibilities for Branch Finance Manager:

Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
Help ensure branch compliance
Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements for Branch Finance Manager:

2+ years experience first-party collections
Subprime experience is a plus
Title work experience
Computer proficiency
Customer service focus
Leadership ability

Work Hours for Branch Finance Manager:

No Sundays
Mon- Sat with a weekday off
Store hours Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-4pm
