Branch Finance Manager (Consumer Finance)

Responsibilities for Branch Finance Manager:

  • Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
  • Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off 
  • Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
  • Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
  • Help ensure branch compliance
  • Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements for Branch Finance Manager:

  • 2+ years experience first-party collections
  • Subprime experience is a plus
  • Title work experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service focus
  • Leadership ability

Work Hours for Branch Finance Manager:

  • No Sundays
  • Mon- Sat with a weekday off
  • Store hours Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-4pm
