Job Title: Branch Manager

Schedule: Monday- Friday (Day Shift, Full Time)

Pay Rate: Salary $67,500 (Minimum Starting Rate) + Pay Incentives

A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager:

Exercises complete responsibility for growing, managing, and developing branch business operations, sales, and personnel
Providing exceptional service to associates and customers at the counter and over the phone through accurate order entry
Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational budget goals
Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure a safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture

Required Skills:

Outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work with a team and independently and with minimal supervision
Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office, as well as proficiency in order entry processes using our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other systems as applicable
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (i.e. in-person, phone, email, etc.)
Ability to stand and walk for long duration, as well as lift up to 100 pounds
3+ years management experience and/or equivalent education

Preferred Skills:

Industry related knowledge
Previous inventory management
Strong business acumen
