Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• 1. Effectively manages the all customer/client care relations.• 2. Meets or exceeds "inquiry to client" conversion goals for branch.• 3. Implements and executes consistent conversion practices to drive revenues and client base. • 4. Ensure high-quality customer care is provided at every stage of the client touch-points and experience from phone to in-home consultation to maximize customer retention.
• 5. Implements and executes active, ongoing recruiting strategies to attract the best field staff and branch office staff. • 6. Conducts thorough and engaging employee orientations to properly on-board new hires.• 7. Executes all required training programs and provides ongoing opportunities for employee development, cross training, and career growth and advancement.• 8. Consistently documents performance, coaches on the job, provides timely and appropriate feedback, and disciplines as needed to improve employee performance, productivity, and client care.• 9. Fosters strong and positive employee relations to prevent frivolous unemployment claims and employer liability.
Requirements:• 1. Bachelor Degree required• 2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as Branch Manager and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.• 3. CPR Certification • 4. Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• 5. 2-3 years managing a high-volume healthcare office branch or agency or 3-4 years managing a similar branch or agency operations with a strong customer relations and quality of work culture• 7. 2-3 years managing people and effectively scheduling staff at all levels (supervisory, per diem staff, full-time, and part-time employees)• 8. Valid driver's license• 9. Transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities• 10. Valid state required proof of auto insurance
