Job Description

A community bank in Tipton is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office and grow relationships across Cedar County and eastern Iowa. The role blends team leadership, lending, and branch operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
Grow deposits and consumer and small business loans
Make and service consumer and small business loans
Oversee daily branch operations, security, and compliance
Stay active in local events and community organizations
Deliver an excellent, personal experience for every customer who walks in

Qualifications:

3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
Consumer or small business lending background
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Comfortable building business in a small community
Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example
