Job Description

A local bank in Meeker is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers across Rio Blanco County and the White River Valley. The role combines staff leadership, lending, branch operations, and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach branch staff to deliver great service
Grow deposit and loan balances through local relationships
Originate consumer and small business loan requests
Keep branch operations, audits, and compliance on track
Solve customer issues quickly and professionally
Stay active in local civic and business groups

Qualifications:

Three or more years in banking
Experience supervising staff or originating loans
Understanding of branch procedures and compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills and a service mindset
Results-focused and organized
