Branch Manager

HD Fowler Company has an opening for a full-time Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Idaho Falls, Idaho branch location. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring all aspects of branch operations as well as the management of a branch location including hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality operations.

What You Will Do:

• Work "hands on" to facilitate and monitor all branch tasks including inventory management, sales and marketing, compliance, reporting, bid board management, customer relations, accounts, budgeting and fiscal responsibility, procedural standards and safety
• Plan and control expenses of a branch location with profit and loss responsibility
• Set up a solid infrastructure in the branch through hiring, development, and cross training of team members in order to support growth
• Proactively collaborate with other departments and provide great internal/external customer service and routinely evaluate staffing-to-sales plan needs
• Independently manage a high volume of projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Director or Executive

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse management
• Experience in the waterworks, irrigation, pumps and/or construction industry is a plus
• Highly organized multitasker with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of company products and client business
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while effectively managing through stressful situations
