Job Details

3+ years of branch, store, or operations management experience within wholesale distribution, HVAC, industrial supply, or related industryExperience leading customer-facing teams, warehouse operations, and delivery staffStrong relationship-building skills with contractors, business owners, and commercial customersAbility to oversee branch operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, and customer service performanceExperience managing and mentoring inside sales or counter sales teamsUnderstanding of operational metrics, profitability, and branch performance managementExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesHVAC, building products, mechanical supply, or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred
