What You'll Do
- Lead branch operations: warehouse, counter, inventory, deliveries
- Grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and support key accounts
- Recruit, train, and coach a strong team
- Manage P&L, budgets, expenses, and operational performance
What We Need
- 5+ years leadership in branch, retail, distribution, or similar
- HVAC knowledge and strong customer-service instincts
- Proven sales growth + P&L responsibility
- Hands-on leadership style and strong decision-making
