Your Mission:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Supervise and support field crews, service techs, and administrative staff.

  • Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment/material logistics.

  • Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and secure new business.

  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and respond to bids/RFQs.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

  • Lead branch sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage sales pipeline.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a culture of safety and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years in petroleum construction or service industry, with hands-on knowledge of fuel systems, tank installation, piping, or compliance testing.

  • 2–3 years in a leadership or branch management role, supervising field crews and administrative staff.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

  • Project management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.

  • Strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, state-specific environmental compliance).

  • Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and bids for construction or service work.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and job costing tools.

  • Background working with general contractors, engineers, or fuel retailers (e.g., gas stations, truck stops, terminals).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or jobs simultaneously.

  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Before You Leap:

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
