What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Develop, coach, and mentor a skilled team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and celebration.
• Drive Results: Own sales performance and customer service metrics, consistently achieving or exceeding budgeted goals.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute strategies that drive revenue, efficiency, and long-term growth.
• Customer Experience Champion: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delivering solutions.
• Operational Support: Be available on call during evenings and weekends to support teammates in the field when needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data to make smart, data-driven decisions that elevate team and location success.
• Adapt & Lead: Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership or management experience (prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus)
• Strong people-management skills with a passion for coaching and development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Data-driven track record leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive performance and growth.
• Prior experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
