Branch Manager

For more than 70 years, Regal Plastic has been a pioneer in the distribution and fabrication of plastic sheet, rod, tube and film products in the U.S.

Job Brief

As a Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for management of the entire operation. You will oversee all sales, production, personnel, inventory and all branch assets. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. You will develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales and net profit goals established by management.

Primary Responsibilities

• You will oversee the entire branch and its operations.  
• You will manage all business assets including inventory, equipment, and structures
• Drive the sales growth, operations, and financial performance
• Generate new growth and maximize net profit
• Establish team goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, develop talent and foster personal accountability
• Full P&L responsibility to exceed sales and net profit expectations
• Continuously evaluate overall workflow, equipment, processes, and personnel to ensure resources are optimized for maximum efficiency
• Ensure all employees are adequately trained in their respective area of focus, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

We Offer:

• Starting salary $50,000 - $75,000 per year base + Bonus

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree
• Strong sales/operations experience; minimum 5 years preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales force
• Knowledge of Inventory management practices and processes
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting financial reports
• Demonstrated sales leadership practices and procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of honesty and integrity
