Our PurposeWe strive to help each patient reach their highest level of medical independence by delivering equipment and services seamlessly, with exceptional care.Scope of the RoleAs Branch Manager II, you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M+) and ensure consistent financial performance, compliant operations, and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy, execution, and results.Key responsibilities include:- Own the branch P&L, driving revenue growth and operating income.- Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand market share.- Direct daily functions across customer service, distribution, and respiratory services.- Set workflows, schedules, and procedures to improve productivity and quality.- Manage inventory for durable medical equipment, supplies, and facility resources.- Hire, onboard, train, and coach staff; set clear expectations and evaluate performance.- Enforce policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.Required qualifications/skills:- Demonstrated leadership of teams (2+ direct reports) and complex operations- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership- Ability to resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
