Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value. 

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads,cold callsand onsite visits to residences and businesses. 

• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. 

• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.

• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. 

• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy. 

QualificationsandRequirements

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Posses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces. 

• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). 

• High school diploma or GED.

This position offers an hourly base pay $15  plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000  with additional compensation opportunities. Please notethat actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
