Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead a high-performing technology staffing and workforce solutions team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading recruiting and sales teams, managing branch operations, and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven background in staffing, business development, and team management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Operations

Drive branch revenue growth and overall market performance.
Lead business development and client expansion efforts.
Manage branch operations, productivity, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Leadership & Team Development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
Proven success in business development and team leadership.

Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
