Part-Time | $20/hr | Evening Role | Immediate Start

We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent an exciting live entertainment experience in Waikk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around visitors, loves the hospitality industry, and knows how to create genuine, memorable interactions.

You won't just be standing around - you'll be actively creating excitement, building interest, and helping guests discover an unforgettable experience.

Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face and first impression of the experience. Your energy, professionalism, and communication skills directly impact guest engagement and overall attendance.

You will work in a lively, high-foot-traffic environment where confidence and enthusiasm matter. This role requires someone who can maintain strong presence and composure in busy and sometimes loud surroundings.

Position Details

  • Location: Waikk

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Schedule: Wednesdays- Sundays (with occasional schedule adjustments based on show calendar)

  • Hours: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Pay: $20 per hour ( Weekly pay)

  • Parking: Parking pass provided (TBC)

This is a consistent part-time evening role, ideal for someone looking to supplement income while working in a fun and dynamic atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively engaging with visitors and guests in a warm, welcoming manner

  • Generating excitement and interest about the show

  • Providing genuine, informed recommendations

  • Answering questions confidently and professionally

  • Maintaining a polished, professional appearance

  • Representing the brand with pride and enthusiasm

  • Creating positive interactions that encourage ticket purchases

To ensure authenticity, selected candidates will be invited to attend the show at least once prior to starting. This allows you to confidently and genuinely speak about the experience.

Who You Are

You are:

  • Outgoing and naturally friendly

  • Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers

  • Confident speaking in busy environments

  • Polished in appearance and demeanor

  • Professional and reliable

  • Able to maintain energy throughout your shift

  • Strong in verbal communication

Fluency in Japanese is a significant advantage, as many guests are international visitors.

Previous experience as a brand ambassador, promoter, hospitality host, or customer-facing representative is a plus - but personality, presence, and professionalism are most important.

Dress Code

  • Branded t-shirt provided

  • Black pants required

  • Closed-toe shoes required

  • Custom costume may be introduced at a later date

You must present yourself in a polished and professional manner at all times.
