Responsibilities:Visit retail locations in and around the state Available to work evenings and weekendsEngage players and inform them of United Gaming programsEngage location staff/clerks to train on game system functions and reportingParticipate in weekly meetings either in-person or via video conference Requirements: At least 21 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED equivalentA sales, hospitality, or event promotions background Outgoing, ability to learn and upsell United Gaming’s programsBasic computer/smartphone knowledge Knowledge of coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) gaming is a plus Willingness to travel in an assigned territoryExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork well under pressure and manage stressful situations with easeOrganized, efficient, and results-drivenStrong customer service and customer engagement skills
