Job Description

About the roleWe are hiring Team Lead Brand Ambassadors for active street marketing campaigns across Hoboken, NJ.

This is a working leadership role where you will distribute flyers while supervising a small team of Brand Ambassadors during live shifts. You will help keep the team organized, make sure campaign instructions are followed, and report results after each mission.

This is an outdoor, fast-paced role, so reliability and leadership are important.

Job type - Part time / Temporary contract

Work type - Onsite (field work)

Salary - $30 USD per hour

We are currently expanding our team for a high-volume campaign and looking for reliable Team Leads to support field operations

Responsibilities

Lead and support Brand Ambassadors during campaigns
Distribute flyers while supervising the team
Train new team members on-site
Confirm attendance and keep shifts organized
Monitor performance during the mission
Pick up materials from our Williamsburg office when needed
Handle basic app troubleshooting
Send daily reports to the Operations team

Requirements

Experience in promotions, events, canvassing, sales, or field marketing preferred
Team lead / supervisor experience is a plus
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors for several hours
Comfortable managing small teams
Smartphone with internet access required
Available to work in NJ (Hoboken)
Weekend availability is a plus
