Brand Design 3 - Sr Professional, Global Brand Design & Art Direction

Introduction

Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft. The Sr Professional works as a part of a multidisciplinary design team, focused on execution of the look and feel of the campaigns, across design, art direction, and motion. Supporting Lead Designers and Art Directors within a sport category.

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $45-50

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Design.
• Bachelor’s degree typically required.
• Outdoor industry creative experience, with a portfolio showcasing work on outdoor seasonal creative campaigns (hiking, trail running, etc).
• Proficiency in Figma and Keynote.
• Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Experience working with ACG teams or campaigns.
• Experience with the client's industry or similar.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work as a dynamic designer in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for sport and design excellence.
• Support Lead Designers and Art Directors to achieve a consistent level of deliverables, elevating design and art direction output.
• Engage in hands-on creative work, presenting creative concepts confidently.
• Stay at the forefront of trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture, and technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated and impactful consumer experiences.
