Job Title: Brand Design III Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 03 months Hybrid: Mon Thurs onsite, Fri remote
Job Description:

- Team details & who they will work with: Global Brand Design - ACG studio design
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum required years of experience: 5 years of experience in Brand Design
- Education requirements: Typically requires bachelor s degree
Must have skills:
- We need them to have outdoor industry creative experience, meaning they will need to show that they have worked on outdoor seasonal creative campaigns (hiking, trail running, etc) & have the worked with outdoor industries (NorthFace, Arcetyrx).
- Please ensure they have most up to date portfolio available for team to review
Nice to have skills:
- Have worked with, specifically the ACG teams or campaigns
Software/technical requirements:
- Figma, Keynote
- Previous/industry experience preference: or ACG experience a plus but must have that outdoor industry experience .
Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft. The Sr Professional works as a part of a multidisciplinary design team, focused on execution of the look and feel of the campaigns, across design, art direction and motion. Supporting Lead Designers and Art Directors within a sport category.

- Elevating the craft & storytelling: Supporting Lead Designers and Art Directors achieve a consistent level of deliverables, constantly elevating Design and Art Direction output.
- Support studios with hands-on creative work: Innovative thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution of the day to day of the projects. Ability to present creative concepts with confidence.
- Provide inspiration for the discipline: Stay at the forefront of trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture and technology as relevant to and the design team.
- Attention to detail: Collaborates with cross-functional partner and stays laser focused on design details to deliver best-in-class, integrated and impactful consumer experiences.
Partners with:
- Art Director, Sr Creative Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing Directors, Narrative Leads, Retail Design, Digital Design, Production & Ops, Agencies.
What you Bring:
- Creative Proficiency: Ability to work on team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. Strong time management skills.
- Art direction & Design Knowledge: Experience delivering outstanding photography, graphic design, video content, experiences and digital design in service of sport category, on time and within budget. Highly curious, experimental and eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Effectively applies visual skills to communicate complex ideas, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence.
- Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with dedication to collaborate with internal and external partners, and to create a positive work environment.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Proactively identifies opportunities and drives innovation.
