Job Description:
What will you work on? As Brand Manager,Brand Experiences & Partnerships, you willbe responsible forbringing the Melissa & Doug brand to life in new waysthrough innovative brand partnerships, retailactivationsand experiential marketing, while strengthening its connection with Consumers. You will lead the experience & partnership strategy,helping to lay the roadmap for future growth opportunities.
This is a 6 month contract position with opportunity to extend or be converted.How will you create impact?
Identifyrelevant brand partnerships forMelissa & Doug across both new product andmarketing opportunities
Leadthe strategy & execution ofbrandedconsumerexperiences,identifyingpartners and the roadmap on how wecan bring to market
Develop Brand activation toolkits & programming for Specialty Retailers to bring Melissa & Doug to life in their stores in a fun & engaging way
Support Outbound Licensing Marketing Initiatives
Supportmarketing content development & activation at our Retail Store in The Westchester Mall
Collaborate w/ internal Marketing,Creativeand Salesteamsto ensure a seamless extension of the brand in new experience and partnership ventures
Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensuredelivery of initiatives
Monitorcompetitivelandscapesaudits & insightstoidentifyemerging partnerships and experiential opportunitiesWhat are your skills and experience?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, orotherrelated field
Experiencein consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other fast paced industries
Experience working on consumer or retail branded activations preferred
Experience bringingnew ideasor opportunities to life and securing internal approvals
#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $52/hr to $57.50/hr [Per Hour]. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
