The Brand Manager Rx, Nordics is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing brand strategies to strengthen market presence, accelerate growth, and maximize brand equity of our inline prescription brands. The role ensures brand consistency, drives performance across all marketing channels, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities - the ideal candidate will:
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with the brand team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Rx inline portfolio.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ensuring continuous cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards applicable in the Nordic countries.
- Support budget planning and ensure efficient use of marketing investments.
Skills & Qualifications - the ideal candidate has / is:
- A Master degree in a life science relevant field
- Strong analytical capabilities & ability to interpret market data.
- Has a scientific mindset and experience in brand management of Rx products from one or more Nordic markets.
- Experience in developing and managing campaigns.
- Highly self-driven and has a hands-on & proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, best practices, and digital implementation know how.
- Knowledge of compliance rules & regulations in the Nordic countries.
- Business proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
