About your role

As Brand Manager Specialty Care, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the Specialty Care portfolio in neurology and nephrology to increase the sales. This product portfolio includes different existing brands in neurology and upcoming launches of innovative products and generic medicines in neurology.

The brand manager needs to drive a deep understanding of what motivates patients and the HCPs that care for them, including what could cause them to choose our products over competitors, acting on this through the delivery and implementation of an integrated brand plan, with considerations to the current market access conditions and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of the Strategic Marketing Plan in line with the Brand strategy to maximize the sales of our products.
• Create programs and tactics customized to the different products and customer profiles.
• Development and implementation of promotional materials: provide high quality, accurate & timely materials per product required for cycle and sales meetings.
• Deliver marketing training to sales force.
• Analyze market data and/or update sales forecasts.
• Provide marketing presentations at different meetings with market insights.
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Regular field visits together with sales colleagues, KOL-visits when required.

Required profile

• You act in line with our values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One Stada.
• Experience of min 3 year as marketeer in pharma (SP preferred)
• Advanced strategic skills and ability to implement strategy
• Digital skills
• Launch experience and engagement skills with HCPs are a plus
• Action and result oriented
• Pro-active and team player
• Experience in neurology, rheumatology and/or gastro-enterology is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Dutch / French & English
