As a Marketing & Brand Associate, you’ll help execute promotional marketing campaigns, connect with customers face-to-face in retail environments, and support brand growth initiatives through interactive customer experiences. What You’ll Do:• Represent nationally recognized brands in retail environments while delivering a professional and positive customer experience• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer outreach initiatives• Educate customers on available products and services through engaging, face-to-face conversations• Help drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through promotional marketing strategies• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals• Track customer interactions and campaign feedback to support ongoing improvements• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and business development
