  • Provide administrative support for brand initiatives, including managing contracts and scheduling reviews with team members.

Please apply if you have:

  • Experience working on brand marketing, agency production, or marketing project coordination - this can include internships, freelance/contract work, volunteer roles, or transferable experience from other functions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with people across teams and with external partners.

  • Basic familiarity with social community management and common social tools (examples: Sprout, Hootsuite, or platform-native inboxes) or willingness to learn.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort using project or collaboration tools (examples: Asana, Monday, Confluence, Google Drive) - we welcome candidates who have used similar tools.

  • A passion for travel and curiosity about traveler needs and culture across the US & Canada.
