Location: Claremore, OklahomaSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)Pay: Competitive – $24/hr
? Position Overview
HireCall is seeking a skilled Brazer for a premier manufacturing client, a leader in industrial cooling systems. This role is responsible for brazing copper components used in heat exchangers, ensuring strong, leak-free connections that meet quality and safety standards.
? Key Responsibilities
- Braze copper tube and pipe to form headers on heat exchangers
- Braze copper fittings onto headers and assemblies
- Maintain proper torch handling and brazing rod techniques
- Maintain required brazing certifications (ASME preferred)
- Perform pressure testing on completed units
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Follow production schedules and report completed work
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
?? Safety-Sensitive Role:This position is classified as safety-sensitive under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“Unity Bill”).
? Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Experience with copper tubing and pipe preferred
- Heat exchanger experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
? Work Environment
- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Exposure to noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles
- Required use of PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators (as needed), and steel-toe boots
