Job Description

Description: Location: Claremore, OKPosition: BrazierPayrate: $24.00/hrShift: 5: 00am - 3: 30pmOrder # 126435

This position is responsible for brazing equipment to braze or join copper components.Key Responsibilities:Braze copper tube and pipe to form the header on the heat exchanger.Braze required copper fittings onto header.Maintain proper torch and braze rod technique.Maintain proper braze certification (ASME).Pressure test units.Must read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints).Follow schedule and report completions.Follow company policies and safety programs.

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Manufacturing experience.Ability to read work instructions.Strong attention to detail and quality.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to stand for long periods.Experience working with cooper tubing and pipe preferred.Heat exchanger manufacturing preferred.
