As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other heating and cooling equipment. You’ll usually work independently while also collaborating with customers, office administrators, and fellow HVAC technicians to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and excellently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and service

• Work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment

• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Complete service calls accurately, efficiently, and safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and practices

• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience

• EPA certification required

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems

• Ability to diagnose problems and determine effective repairs

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions, rooftops, ladders, confined spaces, and mechanical rooms.
