Bridge Inspector

• * Assist with onsite bridge inspections, data entry, and bridge inspection reports.
• * Manage bridge inspection equipment, schedule bridge inspection personnel etc.
• * Eventually lead onsite bridge inspections.
• * Work and coordinate with roadway, water, environmental, survey, and utility engineers.

Qualifications

• * PE or EIT certification / licensure
• * Knowledge of INDOT bridge inspection guidelines is a strong plus
• * Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain.
• * Valid driver’s license.
• * Willing to travel for bridge inspections (day and overnight trips as required).
• * Willingness to eventually become an Indiana Bridge Inspection Team Leader.
