What Makes This Role Different

Lead & Mentor: Guide an inspection crew performing NBIS, DOT and AASHTO work statewide while coaching junior inspectors.
Own the Plan: Set schedules, manage budgets and handle client touchpoints for highway, rail and ancillary structures.
Advance the Craft: Use drones, lidar, ultrasonic and other non-destructive tools to identify issues before they become headlines.
Shape Regional Infrastructure: Deliver element-level and fracture-critical inspections that keep communities moving safely.
Balanced Travel: Expect 50 % travel or lessmostly day trips within South Carolina, with occasional overnights or visits to our Virginia headquarters.

3+ years in bridge inspection, structural assessment or engineering
Deep knowledge of DOT regulations and bridge-management systems
