Job DetailsOverview: We are seeking a Building Automation Sales Engineer to support the growth of a regional building controls and energy solutions provider. This role is ideal for someone with a BAS or HVAC controls background who enjoys working with customers and wants to transition into or grow within a technical sales position.You’ll combine your field knowledge with consultative sales skills to develop solutions for commercial and institutional facilities.________________________________________What You’ll Do

• * Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers
• * Identify project opportunities for building automation, controls upgrades, and system retrofits
• * Assist in developing scopes of work, budgets, and proposals
• * Review plans and specifications to support estimating efforts
• * Conduct site walks and gather technical information for solution development
• * Present system recommendations and explain technical concepts clearly to customers
• * Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff after award
• * Maintain and grow an active sales pipeline

________________________________________Preferred Requirements:

• * 3–7+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems
• * Working knowledge of BAS platforms and HVAC system operation
• * Ability to read blueprints, control drawings, and specifications
• * Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• * Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and with a team
• * Sales experience is a plus but not required
