O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, seeks experienced Building ConstructionProject Managers to join our growing team for Rhode Island projects. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout

  • Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers

  • Collaborate closely with jobsite Superintendents and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and managing the critical path

  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, subcontractor agreements, and change orders

  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards

  • Promote and uphold strong safety practices and regulatory compliance

  • Support the implementation of Lean construction principles to improve project efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in a lead role on building construction projects

  • Experience managing projects in the $15M–$30M range

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction methods, and cost control

  • Ability to effectively coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships

  • Experience with Lean construction practices

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred)
