- * Develop and deliver accurate estimates, proposals, and bid packages based on customer needs and project requirements
- * Cultivate new business through networking, cold outreach, social media engagement, and referral generation
- * Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
- * Collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction
- * Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders ranging from facility technicians to executive decision-makers
- * Maintain detailed records of sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM platforms
- * Attend industry functions, association events, and trade shows to represent the company and expand local market presence
- * Act as a consultative resource to customers, delivering tailored recommendations that align with both building performance and business goals
- * Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical systems
- * 3+ years of proven sales experience within Building Automation / DDC Controls
- * Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment, BAS systems, and energy optimization solutions
- * Track record of exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships
- * Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital prospecting strategies
- * Ability to conduct occasional site walks, including climbing ladders when necessary
- * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Greater New Orleans market
