Position: Building CustodianLocation: Will work at both dealer locations, Norfolk & Hampton VA
Responsibilities:• Cleans the building and the grounds by clearing trash and debris• Keeps the grass mowed, trimmed, and edged• Keeps professional standards in every department through cleaning, trash collection, and organization• Sanitation of touch points throughout the dealership• Keeps service bays clean and trash taken out• Cleans and details dealership vehicles as well as inventory when necessary• Will be trained as backup Parts Delivery Driver and trained in Warehouse operations
Qualifications:• Ability to follow directions and have good communication skills• Basic computer knowledge• Forklift certified or willing to be trained to use forklift• Must be able to lift heavy items (30-50lbs)• Be able to pass a background check & drug test• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
