Job Duties:
- Performs basic, routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned, and maintain maintenance logs according to company policies
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders
- Assist lead maintenance technician with all building tasks
- Covers all hotel maintenance tasks on the scheduled off days of the lead maintenance technician.
- Maintains and services pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Weekends and holidays are required.
